Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Allen prioritizes educating his clients not only about the real estate market but about everything they need to know to have a smooth transaction. He appreciates that certain details are not common knowledge, and he wants to make sure people are not taken advantage of when buying or selling a home. Currently, a resident of Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, Allen enjoys exploring the city on bike and adding to his knowledge of the restaurant and craft beer scene when he’s not on the job. He particularly tries to support small, locally-owned businesses in his neighborhood. A believer that a smile and positive attitude make the world a better place, Allen is also a New Jersey-certified Emergency Medical Technician dating to his time as a student at Rowan University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.
