Allegra Maglio (Athans) is a New Jersey native who was brought up by a family of Real Estate developers. Completely enamored by all facets of real estate she has worked closely with commercial and residential developers, as well as, interior designers. Her passion for real estate has led her to complete her bachelor's degree at Monmouth University where she majored in Real Estate. While studying there, she obtained her New Jersey Real Estate License. After graduating, she immediately worked for Weichert in Spring Lake where she mentored with the Top Listing Agent. Within her first year she received the Rookie of the Year Award and obtained her first Million Dollar Listing.
