Alex helps deliver a personalized and seamless real estate experience providing services which go above expectations and beyond the settlement table. After a successful start to his real estate career, Alex joined the #1 Waterfront Real Estate Agent in Maryland, Brad Kappel, in summer 2021.



Alex was born and raised in Kansas and moved to Annapolis in 2011. He instantly fell in love with the city, the water, the people and the lifestyle. Alex has a unique perspective of Annapolis real estate and an appreciation for the small details, which allows him to share the local love with those looking to build a life in Annapolis and the surrounding areas.



Prior to real estate, Alex was a Special Assistant to the Governor of Maryland, followed by a position with the Maryland Department of Commerce focusing on International Investment and Trade for Maryland small businesses. Alex attended the University of Kansas and is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in Business. He lives in a South River waterfront community in Riva with his husband and three dogs Blitz, Kevin and Fuller.
