Mr. Choulos is an Associate Broker with Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty, as well as a practicing attorney and Certified Mediator with Legal Venture Counsel, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience investing in real estate and managing residential and vacation rental properties. With experience in both commercial and residential investments, Mr. Choulos can effectively assist clients with transactions involving 1031 Exchanges and other tax planning initiatives, as well as estate planning and asset protection measures, in connection with real estate investing.

As a practicing attorney, Mr. Choulos' experience spans real estate, business ventures, and finance, as well as litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has served as Designated Closing Counsel for the SBA 504 loan program, providing real estate loan documentation, analyzing title reports, and resolving loan priority and land use issues for more than 100 real property loan transactions. Mr. Choulos has also handled a variety of real estate investment matters for Family Office clients and other investors, including entity formation and compliance, title transfers, management and lease agreements, and strategic planning and implementation in conjunction with the accounting, tax, and estate planning professionals serving the Family Office, fund, or other investor.

Mr. Choulos combines his lifelong knowledge of Marin County and the surrounding San Francisco Bay Area with years of professional experience and an established network of dependable experts, including Mortgage Lenders, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Interior Designers, Accountants, and Attorneys specializing in Business, Tax, and Estate Planning, among others, to provide his clients with an invaluable advantage in all aspects of real estate buying and selling.

Born and raised in Mill Valley, Mr. Choulos attended Old Mill and MVMS in Mill Valley and Marin Academy in San Rafael for high school. He completed his B.A. at the University of California Berkeley and his J.D. at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He currently resides in Mill Valley with his family.
