Aimee Adamo
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
As a proud resident of Locust Valley since 2002 and having lived and worked in Manhasset, Port Washington, and Sea Cliff in the past, Aimee is personally and professionally connected to the North Shore of Long Island.
Locust Valley’s single stoplight, family-owned boutiques, and nature preserves, give the area a small-town feel. That, paired with the sophistication that the town reveals in its history, and current residents, provide an ideal home for her. You can find Aimee walking her dogs at Coffin Woods or grabbing a coffee and shopping in town supporting local business. Her and her two children are enmeshed in the daily life of this community through schools, athletics, family, and friends.
Aimee's involvement in real estate investing has led her to Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. Her proficiency in buying, selling, and renovating properties in our area, coupled with property management, interior design, staging, and interacting with local municipalities, gives her the framework to represent our clients and listings. Aimee’s remodeled homes reflect pride in her work and impeccable dedication to detail. She sees the beauty in what was and knows what it takes to enhance properties with her trademark clean and classic home design that is conducive to modern day living. Her work ethic and ability to get things done in a timely manner are applied to residential sales. Having studied at the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design in Syosset, home design provides Aimee with an outlet with which to express her creativity. Aimee attended the High School of Art and Design in NYC and Bard College. Both institutions cultivated her artistic fervor and contribute to her work today.
Having spent 20 years as a Physician’s Assistant working mostly in the Emergency Department for various Northwell Health System hospitals, real estate is a second career for Aimee. She now chooses to merge her passion in real estate and home aesthetics at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in Locust Valley.
In her free time, Aimee’s adventurous side almost always leads her outdoors where she enjoys some of her favorite activities like hiking, rock climbing, skiing, surfing, and mountain biking. Aimee’s passion for dog fostering with Long Road Home Rescue (a non-profit dog rescue agency based out of Manhasset) has allowed her to not only assist in finding homes for stray dogs, but also help form companionships, and make a home complete.
