Abby A. Jones, PA, Global Real Estate Advisor at Equestrian Sotheby’s International Realty and Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty, is a State Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida and Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Kentucky.

As a native Floridian and also current resident of Palm Beach County, Abby has witnessed the community's rapid growth over the past 25 years and is well versed how such has impacted the local real estate industry. Upon obtaining her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Abby was quickly hired by a commercial property appraising firm based in Fort Lauderdale. In 2003, Abby’s talents were recognized by Palm Beach County, where she worked as a property appraiser.

Currently, Abby is part of the Sotheby’s team in Wellington Florida and Lexington, Kentucky. Since 2007 she has been working alongside her husband, Brian Jones, and together this dynamic team has contracted to over 25 elite hunter/jumper horse events per year across the country, with a specialty in Wellington, Florida and Lexington, Kentucky.

Specializing in luxury residential and equestrian sales in Florida and Kentucky, Abby has completed over 150 transactions, closed over $40 million in sales volume, and in the last three years, has averaged $11,500,000 million in sales volume per year.

Abby understands that real estate transactions are major life decisions, and it is important for clients to choose the right Realtor who will delicately handle every aspect of the deal. Abby is an equestrian and has been involved in the horse show community all her life.
