Hello, my name is Aaron Luttrell, a professional real estate broker with LIV Sotheby’s International Real Estate. I serve a diverse clientele, with an equally diverse price-range. My business takes me all over the Denver Metro area: From Denver proper, to Castle Rock and Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch and Littleton, Aurora and Parker, Arvada and Broomfield, and Berthoud, to name a few. My office is located in the Denver Tech Center, which is in the heart of Greenwood Village, a suburb of Denver known for its exceptionally vibrant and entrepreneurial lifestyle. Colorado has always been home for me, in fact, I am a fourth generation native and graduated with highest distinction at the University of Colorado. My career in real estate sales is one that I am very grateful for. I commonly rank as a top-producing agent in Colorado, having been named a Forbes and Fortune Magazine Market Leader, respectively, and a Five Star Professional Award recipient for several years running. I am a Denver Metro REALTORS excellence awards honoree and a quarterly best agent within LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. I am also very proud to sit on the Board of Directors for the CL Werner Foundation, whose mission, “supports those who believe in encouraging people to achieve their full potential through Faith, Family, Health and Education.” Of course, none of these things are possible without consistently delivering dependable dedication to my clients, to other brokers, and to mortgage and title company professionals.
