Claudia's responsibilities in both the travel industry and the financial sales arena required hands on service to the public. This training, along with her true enthusiasm for the Real Estate business, has helped her earn her success over the past several years. A 43-year resident of Garden City, Claudia earned her B.S. in Marketing from Adelphi University. Both of her children have gone through the highly rated Garden City Public School system. She now works in partnership with her son, Matt Minardi which has enhanced her ability to service clients of all ages and life transitions stages. Her love of the community with all of its amenities and her knowledge that Garden City is a wonderful place to live, gives Claudia a special incentive to excel in her profession.
