Being exposed to that from a very early age, she is extremely adept in servicing her customers & clients. She has many letters and testimonials to attest to that. Having been in the real estate business for 28 years she has seen all types of markets, so nothing can surprise her. She is capable to handle whatever might come up during the marketing and sale of a property. Having worked in publishing selling subsidiary rights in children’s books, Theresa learned to become a good negotiator which is a tremendous asset in buying and selling real estate. Theresa also has a great amount of patience and understanding for both customers and clients alike. In her spare time, Theresa loves to travel with her husband, who is also a Realtor, entertain family and friends, garden, participate in charity events and most of all spend time with her grandchildren.
