My proper name is Shahla, but I am more widely known as Golie. I am a proud resident of Roslyn and I truly love to share the unique and wonderful aspects of what make Long Island’s many towns and villages great places to live. The best part of my job is guiding clientele through the various townships and hamlets within Nassau and Suffolk counties. Many communities are hidden gems! I appreciate the time I spend with my family. Having been raised in an environment that values family above all, I never miss an opportunity to spend time with my son or partake in my husband’s favorite pastime of fishing. We do live on an island, after all! I volunteer for several local Jewish and Catholic charity organizations. As much as I love my community and many on Long Island, we do make it a priority to travel.

My master’s degree in architecture and interior Design from NYIT gives me an eye for design and architectural distinctions, meaning I understand how architecture and design influence lifestyle and a home’s character. I am a Luxury Home Specialist with keen insights into the luxury home market. My experience gives me in-depth knowledge of the nuances of the buying and selling process for a broad range of client needs - from staging, listing strategies, negotiations, first time buyers - I have done it all (and often)!
