Licensed since 1985, and credited with over 300+ transactions she is involved in marketing and selling properties, land sub-division, planning stage, working with builders, local building inspectors, zoning boards and planning boards. Sales Manager of Locust Valley and Piping Rock Division, she continues to be a top producer company wide along with her management skills and training of agents. Margaret served on the Long Island Board of Realtors as Treasurer from 1993-1996. In 1996 she received the Distinguished Service Award from Nassau North Shore Chapter.
