With decades of experience in the real estate industry Lea has gained a reputation as a true professional with outstanding ethics, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping all her buyers and sellers. She is skilled in listings of residential homes, condos, new construction, and developments.

She remains competent and up to date with new marketing strategies, changing rules, technology, and education. Having served for over twenty years on the Professional Standards committee and being a trained mediator, she is dedicated to 'doing the right thing even when no one is looking' to ensure fairness and honesty to all parties.

Lea grew up in North Carolina and graduated from UNC with a degree in business. After graduation she moved to New York City and then to Long Island where she still resides. She is a mother of two children and five grandchildren. She is very active in her community, serving on the board of managers, several committees and engages in various charity work. She entered the world of real estate with the idea of selling a house or two in order to have a surprise birthday party for her husband - their joint checking account prohibited her from making it a surprise.

Fast Forward - Lea loved real estate and remained as a salesperson for seven years then cofounded Sterling Properties in Roslyn which became the top firm in the area. In 2001 Daniel Gale Associates acquired Sterling Properties and Lea remained as office manager until just a few years ago. She now focuses on helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Her commitment to service and professionalism makes her a well-respected and much sought after broker. She has lived on Long Island since 1968 and is an expert in the area. She can readily discuss and advise her buyers and sellers on all aspects of Long Island living. She is a great listener which enables her to Quickly understand the needs of buyers and sellers.
