Janet Marcus moved back to her hometown, Manhasset, in 2005, after relocating, several times, throughout the country. Having effectively navigated the intricacies of the buying and selling process, Janet has developed strategies for marketing, negotiating and handling all manner of obstacles along this journey. Janet is a seasoned and tech savvy agent whose clients benefit from her extensive experience (ranging from co-op apartments to luxury properties), the time tested and cutting-edge resources that she uses, as well as her vast network of personal and professional relationships on the North Shore of Long Island. Janet understands firsthand that a skilled and polished agent can be a beacon of light throughout this process. After graduating from St. John's University with high honors, Janet spent time as a Public Finance Analyst with a major international law firm, where she worked with municipal clients in public relations and the issuance of bonds. She brings that same diplomacy, precision and attention to detail to her work in real estate. Janet is an active volunteer in her community and in the Manhasset Public Schools.
